Flower & Herb Garden
For nearly 20 years our Natasha and Maria, two cherished members of our kitchen brigade, have nurtured and cultivated our little organic flower and herb gardens. They meticulously harvest these plants to garnish our canapés, hors d’oeuvres, salads, and cocktails.
In the colder months we source flowers and herbs from an organic local supplier. However, just as soon as the weather begins to warm, our gardens are planted and ready for spring!
