Other Initiatives
We are always striving to improve our carbon footprint and better the environment around us. Here are a few other ways we are continuing to expand our Green Initiatives:
- We provide various meatless menu options across all lines of food service from breakfast, lunch, snacks, canapes & hors d’oeuvres, starters, mains and desserts.
- We do not use plastic of any kind for our serving dishes, glassware, utensils, or straws.
- A Work in Progress: Our goal is to have zero food waste. For now, we are minimizing waste by freely giving away left-overs to our hardworking staff, who tirelessly contribute throughout the year.
- Coming Soon: We will start a composting program on our property which will not only nourish our soil but also divert waste away from landfills.
